Convert Excel to PDF Free Online โ Preview Every Sheet Before Exporting
Turn Excel spreadsheets and CSV files into PDF in your browser. Preview all sheets, export one or all, no upload required. Works with .xlsx, .xls, and .csv files.
You've built a report in Excel and need to share it as a PDF โ so the recipient sees exactly what you see, without needing Excel installed. Most people resort to printing from Excel (which often cuts off columns) or uploading to a cloud service. Here's how to do it free, in your browser, with a preview before you export.
Convert Excel to PDF in Your Browser
Our Excel to PDF converter uses SheetJSto parse your spreadsheet and renders each sheet as a formatted HTML table, then uses the browser's built-in PDF engine to generate the final PDF. Nothing is uploaded.
- Open the Excel to PDF tool.
- Upload your .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file.
- Preview each sheet โ browse tabs to see all sheets before exporting.
- Choose to export all sheets (each becomes a page) or just the active sheet.
- Click "Export as PDF" โ select "Save as PDF" in the print dialog.
Supported File Formats
- .xlsx โ Excel 2007 and newer (most common)
- .xls โ Excel 97โ2003 legacy format
- .csv โ comma-separated values (single sheet)
Multiple Sheets
If your workbook has multiple sheets, you'll see tabs for each one. You can preview any sheet and choose to export all of them (each becomes a separate page in the PDF) or just the one you're currently viewing.
Limitations
Charts, images, and complex cell formatting embedded in Excel are not rendered โ only the cell data is exported as a table. Formula results are preserved as values. For pixel-perfect output matching Excel's native rendering, use Excel's built-in File โ Export โ Create PDF/XPS option.
