Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to voluntary support contributions made through the Support Tools OP page via Razorpay. All tools on Tools OP are free of charge β no payment is required to use any tool.
1. Nature of Payments
All payments accepted through the Tools OP Support page are voluntary donations. No goods or physical products are sold. No subscription or premium service is unlocked. Contributions help cover server costs, domain fees, and development time.
2. Cancellation Policy
Since all tools on Tools OP are free and no subscription or recurring billing is involved, there is no cancellation process required. Each payment is a one-time voluntary transaction.
If you wish to cancel a payment before it is completed, you may close the Razorpay checkout window at any time. No amount will be charged if the payment is not confirmed.
3. Refund Eligibility
As contributions are voluntary and non-commercial in nature, refunds are generally not applicable. However, we will process a refund in the following circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same intended contribution due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized transaction: If a payment was made from your account without your consent or knowledge.
- Technical failure: If your payment was deducted but not confirmed on our end due to a gateway or network failure.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the payment date with the following information:
- Your Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- Date and amount of payment
- Reason for refund request
- Your registered email address

We will acknowledge your refund request within 48 business hours and complete the review within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking account used for the transaction). We cannot process refunds to a different account.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the payment date
- Change of mind after a successful, intentional payment (as this is a voluntary contribution, not a product purchase)
- Payments where the service (continued free access to all tools) was successfully delivered
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may raise a dispute directly with Razorpay or your bank/card issuer. You may also contact our Grievance Officer for escalation. All disputes are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
