These terms govern your use of Tools OP ("the Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any tool on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
01.Acceptance of Terms
By using Tools OP, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
02.Free Tools — No Payment Required
All tools on Tools OP are provided free of charge. No payment, subscription, or registration is required to use any tool. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove tools at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific tool.
03.Voluntary Support Payments
The Support page accepts voluntary one-time contributions via Razorpay. These are donations — not purchases of any product, service, or premium access. Contributions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to Razorpay's terms of service. By making a payment, you confirm the amount is correct and the transaction is authorized. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
04.No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce accurate results for all use cases. You use the tools entirely at your own risk.
05.Data & Privacy
All file processing (PDFs, images, documents) occurs entirely within your browser. No files or personal data are transmitted to our servers. We collect anonymous analytics (page views, tool usage counts) as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to this data collection.
06.Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tools OP only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to: (a) process or generate illegal content, (b) circumvent any security controls, (c) attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, (d) scrape or extract content for commercial use without written consent, or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
07.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tools OP and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the service, (b) errors or inaccuracies in tool outputs, (c) unauthorized access to your data, or (d) any other matter relating to the service. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free tools).
08.Intellectual Property
The Tools OP platform, branding, logo, and original code are proprietary to their respective owners. The service uses open-source libraries (Next.js, pdf-lib, etc.) under their respective open-source licenses. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the Tools OP platform or branding without written consent.
09.Third-Party Services
Tools OP integrates with Razorpay for payment processing and may display advertisements via Google AdSense. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you agree to when interacting with them. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
10.Advertising
Tools OP may display contextual or interest-based advertisements served by Google AdSense or other advertising networks. Ad revenue helps keep the tools free. You may opt out of personalized advertising as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11.Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Tools OP shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12.Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Tools OP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
