How to Edit a PDF Online
- Open the PDF Editor tool.
- Upload your PDF file.
- Switch between Organize Pages and Add Text modes using the tab.

- In Add Text mode: click anywhere on a page to place a text box and type your annotation.
- Click "Apply & Download" to save the edited PDF.
Editing vs. Annotating: What's the Difference?
This tool adds text overlays— new text that sits on top of the existing page. It cannot modify text that's already in the PDF (that requires full PDF editing capability). For annotation and review purposes, this is typically all you need.
